Absolutely amazing service! If I could put 10 stars I would. Due to an unfortunate two tire blowout we were on the side of the road trying to find replacements at 6 a.m. Every 24 hour tire service we called did not answer, although they did not open until 7 a.m. they answered politely and quickly were able to confirm the tires we needed and provide service and replacement within the hour! Every member of the team we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and kind! Top tier service!

These guys are the real deal! After another company no-showed and gave me the runaround, I called them in a panic with less than an hour before a scheduled delivery. They said they’d be there in 20 minutes—they showed up in 12! They got my truck back on the road so fast we only ended up 10 minutes late. Fair pricing, honest service, and they never took advantage of the situation. They’ve earned my business for life, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.

Had a flat tire on my way to swim lessons with the kids. Pumped the tire at a local gas station and found the nail. While there, a person mentioned about 5 Star Tires and thankfully they were just right around the corner from the gas station. Prompt service and appreciate the honesty that the patch might not hold due to location and depth of the nail. Highly recommend when you’re in a bind. And we even made it to swim class. Thanks 5 Star Tires!!

Totally unprofessional took it in to get a simple alignment. They told me my boots and everything look good. Brought it back in the next day because the steering wheel was off centered. Had to bring it back a week later because they didn’t tighten the nut up on my tire rod ends, then told me it was still inspect after they did that said that my tire was wore and my Boot busted On Tyrod it’s because it flopped around back-and-forth. I could move it with my hands and it broke the boot then you all want to charge me again. To fix the boot charge me again to realign it. I bring it back because after they tighten the nut up yeah it drove straight, but the steering wheel wasn’t straight. Then they tell me basically that I’m a liar and that the wheel straight the car drive straight there there’s nothing they can fix cause there’s nothing wrong Although I got the pictures in the videos They straight up, lied to me. The girl manager was very beautiful and kind to me, but the other so-called manager. Acted like a donkey now I have to replace tie rod ends my tire took it to tire kingdom just now they said it’s out of spec and no my steering wheel is not tight Stay away it’s the worst garage I

Great tire service on my Tesla, handled with care and they drove out to me. Decently priced with a good quality tire. Definitely would recommend if you’re stuck with a flat tire.
